AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the Iron Oracle mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.

USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to download and use Iron Oracle for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not:

  • Modify or copy the app materials
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the app
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person

USER ACCOUNTS

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and complete information

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with app security features
  • Use automated systems to access the app
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Iron Oracle offers premium features through subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
  • Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, workout data). By uploading content, you grant us:

  • A license to store, display, and process your content
  • Permission to use anonymized data for analytics and improvements
  • The right to remove content that violates these terms

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Iron Oracle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The app is free from viruses or harmful components
  • Results from using the app

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Iron Oracle is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using the app.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Oracle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Request from law enforcement

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
